Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with a high level of creativity and skill.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stock control and ensuring the bar is well stocked at all times.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about the menu, and offering recommendations.
Create and update cocktail menus, ensuring they align with current trends and customer preferences.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth bar operations.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including alcohol serving laws.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately, providing correct change and receipts.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume environment.
Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques, mixology, and beverage trends.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for creativity and experimentation with new drinks.
Responsible Alcohol Service certification (preferred, but not required).
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
