Key Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize all crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen utensils
  • Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment including pots, pans, and cooking utensils
  • Ensure all items are properly dried and stored in designated areas
  • Report any damaged equipment to kitchen management
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen
  • Clean and sanitize work surfaces, floors, and kitchen equipment
  • Empty bins and manage waste disposal according to health regulations
  • Keep dishwashing area organized and hygienic at all times
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required
  • Help with receiving and storing deliveries
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials
  • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods

Working Hours
