About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for your designated section, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain the highest levels of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Assist with mise en place and daily prep work
- Monitor stock levels and communicate requirements to senior chefs
- Support junior chefs and kitchen assistants when needed
- Adapt to high-volume service during busy summer periods
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent level in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knife skills and cooking techniques
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina to handle demanding shifts
- Passion for delivering high-quality food consistently
Desirable Qualifications
- Formal culinary training or apprenticeship
- Experience in busy restaurant environments
- Knowledge of seasonal British cuisine
- Food Safety Level 2 certification

Working Hours
